  1. I may be interested - of the two I had repaired, one is good but the other isn't perfect. Please drop me a mail at yanqwert@yahoo.com. Interested in selling one only? I'm in texas BTW - nt sure what shipping costs would be. Out of interest, what did you replace yours with and how much did you pay?
  2. Hello world! (first post - appolegies to non software folks). I've just switched from a 97 Ford Taurus to a 2002 SC430 - no difference, eh? ;) Already spent hours going over these posts and they've helped a lot, so thanks so much. Here's my problems so far: 1) car veers to the side when I hit a groove in the road. I discover I've got one run flat (Dunlop SP sport) and three regular (Pirelli PZERO NERO M + S). 2) Vibration at moderate speeds - on balancing, I'm told two wheels are buckled. 3) front door speaker is blown. 4) nav maps appears to be 2000 - can't find any of the streets in my 'hood So, for each of these: 1) Seems obvious I got to replace the run flat. a) I see you can get a PZERO M + S runflat so I presume mine are regular tyres since it doesn't specifically say run flat on them - how do I tell? B) Looking at tirerack and discount tires, it appears the M+S may not be a 2010 tire. Do I get any PZERO ? c) I read horror stories about getting runflats off, breaking pressure sensors, wheel alignment, getting Lexus to do it. Is this really so complicated? 2) I just paid $200 to a local alloy repair specialist who repaired both rims, wobble mostly gone, but ... a) after wheel balancing, am told they're still not right and can't be repaied. Do I replace them and thus really replace all 4? What price are we talking here? B) Do I replace the wheels before the run flat? My plan is to replace the run flat first and take it rom there. 3) Speakers. - I think I got this one covered thanks to this forum. I read two options i.e. replace with round 8ohm and make a plywood plate or replace the foam and repair the speaker. I've opted for the foam and hope to get that repaired today. Will let you know how it turns out. The one confusing thing - most of the forum members say the speakers are crap, except one writer said they're actually good but just break since they're clamped in so tight. Anyone know which it is? 4) I've read some threads on this - don't fancy paying $350 for an upgrade. Will see if I can get something inexpensive ... Thanks
