I have a 1990 LS400. I just put some newer headlights in and would like to know how to adjust them. I went from the standard 55/65 the new Blue Bulbs. Not only are they brighter, but the color is cool!

I have a 90 LS400--it has a cam seal leak. The motor has 225K and runs like a top--but should I replace the Cam seal or just purchase another motor from Ebay? Dont know which avenue to take
