Check your heater and defogger relays. Also check the 40A defogger circuit breaker and 60A heater fuseible link. Check that you're getting power. Never replace something unless you know it needs replacing! Thanks for the info. will check these all out. wish me luck winter is on us now.

Okay I am totally lost now. It is getting cold and cant drive car because defrost, heat etc dont work at all. Replaced the whole climate control unit thinking it was bad. Checked fuses, I think I checked all there are for climate control and still have nothing. No power whatsoever to unit. Climate control unit is good but it is not turning on. no heat no fan NOTHING!!! is there more than one fuse for this unit? if so where are they all located. I was also told it could be a sensor but I am not sure where that is located either. If someone could please let me know what to check next I would appreciate it very much. Thanks so much Kim

having problems staying online today. I am sorry I did not elaborate on climate control problems. I put a new unit in because we thought the old one was bad, we replaced the relay also. checked fuses too. nothing lights up or turns on. it is like there is No power at all to climate control unit. Am really stumped. you can email me about that and the document to replace waterpump Everytime I tried to PM you today it would not let me. Thank you so much for all your assistance.

My 1992 sc400 keeps overheating. we changed the termostat and checked hoses and coolant. steam coming from around waterpump but dont see any leaks/ can anyone tell me how to change waterpump? one more problem....my climate control seemed dead. we totally replaced the unit, checked fuses and replaced the clt relay and I still have no working climate control / any ideas what to look at next? We are hoping to fix before it gets too cold. Any help is welcome . if someone has directions to removing waterpump or instructions on fixing climate control you can email me. thanks sooo much!!!!
