When put into reverse there is a clank...Seems to go into reverse allright and then a secondary slight clank...To a novice it seems like a loose ujoint worn type noise..Help..

Ok, I start car, push ac AUTO button(green light ON) and air blows hot(temperature setting is all the way down)..Then I will push the smaller a/c button (green light ON)(next to HI fan Button), the AUTO button green light will turn off and the a/c will blow nice and cold ...Cant get the AUTO and AC buttons green lights to stay on at the same time when AUTO is engaged...PLEASE HELP, THANKS..
