  1. Yes it has been released. I got it from here: Sewell Lexus <info@lexus-parts.com> for about $250 Not worth it in my opinion, but that depends on your area.
  2. Not sure about a 3rd party map, but, the player is in the jack equipment compartment on the right side.
  3. info@lexus-parts.com or call 214-352-8100
  4. Yes, it is out and I have it. $244. Probably not worth it unless you have alot of new streets in your area that are not on your old one. We have a new street that's been there for more than 3 years and it still isn't on the update.
  5. No screws involved, and no hour run time. A couple of plastic tabs hold the cover and I plugged in the new DVD and it worked instantly.
  6. Thanks for the info. The DVD Player is next to the spare tire equipment. Loaded it with no problem. I don't see any difference in the display or the operatiion of the navigation, but it does have updated street info for my area.
  7. They were offering a discount for this Forum, that's how I found out about it. If you mention the forum, they might honor it. Simply enter the promotional code of "ver04" to obtain this update for $245.00."
  8. I got it here..info@lexus-parts.com. It was about $245.
  9. Thanks for the try. I know it is in the back somewhere, but it's not obvious.
  10. I just recieved the nee updated DVD for the navigation. I can't find the DVD player in the trunk area. Does anyone know exactly where it is, or do I have to take it to the dealer to be installed?
  11. I live in SoCal with Flint Mica and Black Leather. Just put up a sunshade and crack the sunroof....never a problem. It's a very rich looking combination
  12. Anybody know the largest tire (width & height) that will fit on the stock 18" wheel on the 2004 RX 330 without rubbing?
