  1. The reply probably is in the manual, which you can access on line after registering at Lexus.com if you wish to do so. I would note that there is a button (was it in the glove-box?) which prevents the rear hatch from power operation. You should check if it has been pressed or set accidentally. Good luck! Wow you know what? I changed the cabin filter yesterday and I remember that button. I remember thinking "hmmm what is this button for? let me press it to find out" I pressed it a bunch of times. That must be the problem. Thanks! I was ready to take it to the dealer and pay them 1 million dollars to push the button for me. I will go check it now

  3. I cannot open my hatchback unless I do it manually. The remote and the button by the steering wheel will not work either. Also, once it is opened manually, i cannot not close it by pushing the button under the hatchback door or by using the remote. I have to close it manually. Could it be a fuse? If so, does anyone know where that fuse is located? Thanks Pete
  4. Hi, I have a Lexus RX 350 [2008]. I parked the car in my garage the other day and turned it off and I walked into the house. About 8 hours later, I went in the garage to get one of my tools and the lexus started making a wierd noise. It sounded like an electric blower motor or something similar to an electric motor turning. I could not pinpoint where it was coming from. The noise lasted for about 4 - 5 minutes and stoped. The car had been sitting in my garage turned off for over 8 hours. This has happened before. Does anyone have any idea what this noise is? Thanks Pete
