What year does the ES have voice activation? I was thinking of holding out and just buying a brand new one but I haven't seen a lot a differences for the price. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna ES just not sure what year.

What's up all? I'm lookin for a little help or some opinions on a new Lex and figured I should ask the experts. Here is the situation I got a 98 GS 300 with 91k on it and want to get in to something newer for like $500 a month. I have test drove a few ES 300 and 330's both seem almost the same, the increased horse power in the 04 & 05's isnt really that noticeable. My GS seem more ... fun to drive but not has luxurious. I really want nav in my new Lex and found a 02 ES for $23000 and might do it . What do you think? I realize it's altimitly my choice but some input would really help. Is the Nav in the 02 ES voice activated??? Let me know any thing you think would help. Thanks for all your input in advance. Oh... one more thing is there anything you can do to boast the HP in a ES (i doubt it but have to ask)

I guess my real question is will a conversion kit work for my hi and low beams or do i need to by 2 kits?????? Help please (I'm new to the forum and new to my Lexus so I'm hoping for a little help or some suggestions. I want to convert my headlights to HID but am unsure the best way to go about it. Whats the best for the money should I buy a conversion kit, just the bulbs or spend the money and buy the real deal new head lights. Any one else do this and is there any thing I should be aware of. The hole high and low beam thing isnt explained very well when looking at conversion kits. Also a good place to buy this stuff. Thanks for the help!!! I got a 98 GS 300)

Hello All, I just purchased my 1st Lex’s a 1998 GS 300 and am new to this forum. I’m not by any means a car expert so this question might sound stupid but here goes. My GS has the standard Lexus tape and 6 disc changer in it. I want to know if I can get my hands on a factory GS navigation system can I switch it into my car with out it costing my thousands or taking me days to install it. Any one out there know. Thanks for the help
