2004 SC430 door speakers (left & right) p/n

I have a hum/rattle in my door speakers, has anyone experienced this?  I'm finding 2 different Speaker Assy's for both Left and Right... i.e. left 

Lexus Part No.:86160-0W390

SPEAKER ASSY, FRONT NO.1.  and  

Lexus Part No.:86160-0W410

SPEAKER ASSY, FRONT NO.2

 

It looks like one is the wiring and the second is the speaker itself, should I order both when replacing the speakers?  Any advice, is appreciated.  Thank-you.

Hello the speaker for the door panel is Lexus Part No.86160-0W421. The small speaker is the tweeter at the door post.

I'm confused, can you clarify the following:

86160-0W380 & 86160-0W390- right and left side assy  - is this the tweeter?

86160-0W400 and 86160-0W410 - right and left side - is this the frame that 0W421 is held in?

0W421 - is that the actual large speaker that fits into the assembly (0W400 and 0W410)?

Also, any recommendations on where to purchase for a reasonable price?

86160-0W400 and 86160-0W410 - right and left side     round speakers on door

86160-0W421  - right and left side    bottom door speakers

There are 3 speakers in each door. Ebay has all of them for sale. Hope this helps. Search Lexus SC430 door speakers and a diagram should come up.
