Check engine code: P0430 what now?

My 06 GS 300 has the check engine light on. The code reads P0430 and have changed sensor before and light came back on. What's the next step? Which after market parts would you recommend to use or to stay away from?

After market catalytic converters are hit or miss as to how long they will last but OEM cat is so expensive.  I don't have a specific aftermarket to recommend to you but check the reviews carefully and don't go for the cheapest one.
