Fog lamp bulb replacement

HI( have not found any specific  directions and when I tried I cannot see an easy way. This may be a stupid question. 

My driver side fog lamp (lowest lamp)  burned out. I have the replacement according to the guides. However how is it replaced. I even removed the lamp assembly but there is no way to get to the bulb.

You can either remove the light assembly or change it from underneath with the light assembly in place. 

The fog lamp removes by loosening (1) 10mm bolt. Two electrical connections and that's it.
