HID Headlights

2005 IS300 headlight not working. Removed both light housings. Swapped bulbs. Light bulb was bad. Lexus wanted $275 for one bulb. Toyota wanted $214 for one bulb. Found the exact OEM bulb on amazon for $49. Worked perfect. OEM bulb made by OSRAM in Germany.  D2R-35W xenarc mobel #66250. Replaced the old model #66050. Did have to remove bumper to access lights. Also used the 3M headlight restoration kit to fix the faded lense housing. Looks spectacular and also improved the color of the daytime running lights which looked awful yellowish color.

I grabbed some OEM D2R Philip bulbs to replace the Ebay ones that my replica headlights came with.
