Cranks but don't fire

I just bought a 92 lexus sc300 for a screaming deal and it has it's issues for sure . It turns over but won't actually start I've seen on here people with the similar problem on here and it's always something different . I am wondering if someone can give me some knowledge onto where to start .battery is charged and there is gas in it haha . Has anyone had problems with the speed control actuator or would that even matter . I'm kinda lost this is a lot different from what I'm used to

Hi Zack....welcome to the Forum

I would start by checking to see if it is sparking or fuelling.first...if not, then suspect the Crankshaft Position Sensor.
