Seatbelt retractor

I'm sure it's been posted but I always have trouble locating pertinent posts. Looking to find out how to renew the retraction on my front driver side and passenger side seatbelts. They are sluggish retracting when I unbuckle. I have to feed them back into the posts. I'm sure there is a way to fix this. Any help appreciated.
