Installing Sat radio to factory Nav Unit

I just purchased an 03 es300 to drive on trips that has the factory Navigation with the Radio built in. I'm looking for a way to hook up XM radio to this unit. I'm a new to these cars and this part of the forums, but familiar with the brand, I own a modified 92 sc300 as well.
