Power Window Problem

09 GX 470.  Non-Lexus mechanic replaced timing belt and water pump.  Now the power window buttons at drivers door don't work except for driver's window.  Button at each door works.  Forgot to check sunroof.  Mechanic probably disconnected battery during this work.  Haven't found procedure in manual yet and posts about it on this site are older than my car.  Ideas?  Links to posts would be appreciated, thanks.

Hi, look up for 'initialization' (or 'initialisation') procedures in your owner's manual

At each window switch lower to 1/2 then immediately raise all the way up and hold up on the window switch for at least 1-second. Repeat on all 4 doors. This should resolve the issue.
