Fog Lights

I have a 1998 Lexus ES300. The fog lights on this car look ok, but I like the fog lights on the later 2000-2001 models more. The bumpers are different on both cars though, so I'm not sure if it will work. Is it possible to install the later model's fog lights on my older car, or would I have to do a lot of work (like replace my bumper) just to get the newer version installed? Let me know. I'll post a pic of the older version and newer version below. The white car is the older version. The black car is the newer version
