What Is This Green Tube Running Under Glovebox?

After learning where the AC condensation hose is as well as the moonroof drain hose, I happened to notice this little green tubing running behind the wiring just below the glove box.

What is it?

It was speculated in another forum that the green tube handles the washer fluid to the rear window. Sounds good to me.
