Hi there -- on the instructions for the roof rack cross bars, it says you have to discard and replace the rear leg covers -- the parts you removed in your video.  Were you able to re-use yours?

Just a follow - up -- I took a risk and pried off the rear leg covers as in the video, and they went back on securely with no problem.

I finally got around to taking off my roof rack crossbars.  Viewing the video really helped but I would suggest purchasing a trim and molding tool set from Harbor Freight - $10 - instead of using a screwdriver.  I used one of the trim tools and the cover came off fairly easy, slide off the crossbars, and snapped the covers back on.  Easy.
