95 Sc300 Ac Problems

Checked freon, relay for magnetic clutch, looked for any bare wires and high and low side pressure. It blows cold but when I rev up to about 2k the light starts blinking and it kicks compressor off. I can turn it off and back on and it will blow cold again for a few seconds but then shuts off. I ran a self diagnostics and it showed code 21 "solar sensor circuit" and code 43 "

Air Outlet Door Servomotor Circuit." Has anyone else had this problem? Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!

Ah, not good. Can't offer much help except that on my old LS400 when the light blinked it means the compressor is having issues. Of course I ignored it and it send debris throughout the system and ruined it. I just hate AC problems because they are not very common and yet I seem to get them.
