Rx450H Was Getting 30 Mpg, After 50K Tune-Up, Down To 25Mpg

Bought my 2010 RX450h with about 20k on mileage. My mpg went from 27 up to about 30plus mpg. Took my car to Lexus dealer for 50K checkup and mileage is down to 24-25 mpg. Help, the mileage is why I bought the Hybrid, can someone give and idea on what may have happened. The dealership says they did nothing that may have caused this.

Last year, our dealer replaced our tires, mileage dropped from 30 to 27 mpg. As the tires wear, our mileage is slowly climbing back up. I also increased tire pressure to 40 for another small improvement. This may not have anything to do with your vehicle, though. Did you replace your tires at 50k miles? Was there a software "upgrade"?
