cmshoot
What is the torque specs for the bolts that hold the transmission pan?
VBdenny
If you haven't removed the pan yet, you might not need to know. There is a drain plug for the transmission fluid. Drain, fill, drive, drain, fill, drive a few times. Otherwise, you need not only the torque specifications but the pattern as well. Very, very important not to over tighten and distort the fit. No filter, just a screen to see anyway.

landar
The 19 pan bolts are 65 inch-lb. Drain plug is 15 ft-lb.
VBdenny
Hate leaks. Probably means that someone has had it off before and did the over torque thing. I've seen some that are bent iin at every bolt point. Well good luck. Follow the pattern and step torque.

cmshoot
Not changing the fluid, fluid is fine. At some point in time someone has had the pan off already, did a crap job of it and I need to pull it off and start from scratch. Thanks for the info. It will all help.
