Sunoco Offerring 100 Octane

what r any thoughts on running with 100 octane does anyone think it will do more damage then good right now i run 94 and definitley get more mpg then 87

I am not sure about a Lexus but I have run Airplane Grade Gasoline in a Porsche 928 and the results were interesting. Better Gas Milage was notable but acceleration appeared to be about the same according to what I can remember. I would call and anonymously talk to a Lexus Mechanic if you can.
