Green Light Bulb Icon?

When my headlights are turned on (via the lever on the left hand side of the steering wheel), I see a green headlight icon on my RPM dial and a green lightbulb icon on my speedometer dial. Both icons remain on for the length of my drive. Shouldn't I see both icons as headlight icons? When I read the manual, it appears to me that the lightbulb icon goes on just to check everything is working and then it should turn off. But I am not sure I am reading the manual correctly. When I talk to the dealer, they say don't be concerned unless I see a red light.

The green light means your fog lights are on. I don't think there is a headlight on icon. The other green light is the Eco light. All confusing and I'll agree, not too clear.
