I just bought a CPO '13 with 20k miles, so far everything has been great. I
didn't feel the car was clean enough to meet my standards, the headliner was
one of those. I used resolve on a microfiber cloth to gently scrub the backseat
headliner, now I have a couple bubbles forming (about the size of your fist).

Any suggestions on how to remedy this?? I have been looking at using a syringe
and glue. I don't think the dealer will cover this one.

I would take it to a place that installs headliners. Sounds to me like you diluted and dissolved the glue. Good luck.
