slabman Posted April 29, 2014 Share Posted April 29, 2014 Car has been sitting for 3months and engine won't start. Battery good, turns over fine, can hear fuel pump working, all fuses and relays check to be OK, obd2 port says can't read data and there's no fire at a spark plug. Can't find ECU...has it failed?
