2004 Lexus Rx330 Heat Blowing On Vents But No Heat On Floor

Hey guys I have an RX330 that recently stopped blowing hot on the floor vents. It does however blow hot on the regular vents and the defrost vents! Any ideas?? You help would be appreciated!

Sounds like a defective blend door actuator - not switching between zones.
