Lx450 Climate Contol Problems

So today is the first day of warm weather here is the D.C. area, but none of the Climate Control works. Worked this morning, but now when I push buttons, nothing happens. I actually get a light for the fan speeds but no fan. The rear fan still works, but no heat, a/c, vent, etc from the main panel on the dash.

I've checked all the fuses, even the ones that have nothing to do with the a/c (under the hood too). All look good.

Any ideas.
