How To Removed The Ignition Cylinder Lock On A 2007 Rx350

I would like to get some help on how to removed the ignition cylinder on 2007 Lexus RX350.

Here are the instructions for a power tilting steering wheel from an RX400h, but it's probably the same for the RX350. If you have a manual tilting wheel, let me know (different instructions).
