Is The Isc Procedure Applicable To All Models?

Sorry for posting this query again here, but I'm not sure it's getting picked up on the 'sticky'

Do we know if this procedure is applicable to any models later than the 2006 year mentioned in the TSB? (because I know that's a query my dealership will raise if they haven't seen it before)

I believe the consensus is yes, it applies to 07 and 08.
