Es300 Hesitation And Unburnt Gas

I have 1999 es300 with 168k miles. Which is shifting hard and hesitating under acceleration until I reach 2500~3000rpm. I can smell unburnt fuel and have black smoke from the exhaust. I am getting the following codes 0171 1725 0330 0325 consitantly. I have replace all spark plugs and clean the air intake and mass airflow sensor.
