Please Help! Humming Noise When Accelerating.

Hello everyone.

I bought used rx350 2007 MY (actual date is 2006.03). I have a problem with car. When i

pressing gas pedal the car starts humming, as soon as i let off foot

from gas pedal the humming noise goes away. The noise appears after 20mph. My car has All wheel

drive.The car has 114000 miles on it.

Do you guys have any idea, what can cause the humming noise?

Hi, I have a similar problem with an RX350 model year 2007 manufactured in July 2008, purchased 2nd hand in Australia with 75000Km on the clock. When my foot is on the accelerator there is a humming sound which starts at about 50kpm and continues up - it disappears immediately I lift my foot. My dealer is replacing the crown wheel and pinion. Keep you posted
