How To Confirm Remote Engine Starter Installation

Just bought a 2010 RX350 (FWD) that the prior (2nd) owner thought might be equipped with RES. We followed the operating instructions without success, so I assumed the RES was not installed. It isn't a big thing for my wife here in Florida, but I'd like to see if the vehicle really has the system. There is an RES sticker under the hood and related manual with other manuals. Without pulling the glove box out to look for the module, is there a quick way to check for RES installation? I'll give Lexus a call, but I thought some sharp-minded owners already knew the answer. Thanks.

Update: My inquiry to "Lexus Customer Satisfaction" (i.e., customer service) took eight days for turnaround. They researched the VIN and confirmed the RES was indeed installed at the port. I'll add the RES to a couple of other items to be checked under warranty.
