LisaPizza
Greetings!! I was replacing my radiator I purchased(aftermarket) on Ebay. Everything fit exactly EXCEPT the coolant temperature sensor connector at the bottom of the radiator....I used the one I had originally in the car and the thread won't even reach to screw it in because the sensor is too long. I tried to find a brass adapter for it because I believe there aren't any CTS out there that are shorter for my LS400. Im stumped. It is a little thinner than the original radiator. but my only issue is making this sensor fit!! Anyone with a similar problem??Any ideas on where to get an adapter? Ive been to Lowe's. I couldn't find anything;(
James Horning
Compare the inlet and outlets of the radiator hoses and the mounting of the fan shroud first before changing anything. You may need to just get the correct radiator.
