97 Es 300 Junk Yark Radio Replacement - Theft Deterence

I am replacing my radio, because I cannot read the LCD screen (radio works fine, a few back lights out too). Junk yard had radio for $30.00.

My radio says 'THEFT DETERRENCE' on it. Factory radio.

QUESTION: When I swap radios, will the new radio work, or is there some disabling feature I need to de-activate / activate, because of the THEFT DETERENCE feature on my original radio ?
