How To Change License Plate Light Bulbs In 2001 Gs430

2001 Lexus GS430. Do I have to remove the trunk insulation to change the license plate bulbs, or is there another way.

Yeah, I just replaced mine last week. The plastic pins are troublesome if you don't have the right tool for it. It was totally worth it, the LEDs look clean
