System Warning Message Not Going Away After Installing Updated Navigat

Does anyone know why the system warning message which came up whe you start the vehicle won't go away after I installed the new navigation disc v. 11.1 in my 2006 GX470?

I read some thread here and it indicates that message should go away once you installed the updated navigation DVD disc v.11.1.

are you sure it's the right disc for your Gen 4 system??
