Strange Whistling

For some time now my 01 is300 has been making a whistling noise about a quarter way through aceleration untill it shifts gears and will continue to whistle depending on the rpms. I've thought it could be a vaccum leak, cracked headers, or throttle body I've eliminated the vac leak and crack headers. anyone have any other ideas on what it could be? Its getting prettt annoying
