What's Wrong With My Car?

I have a 92 lexus. I'm not sure what the problem is but when I stop at a red light, sometimes it shakes. Then when the light turns green and I step on the gas, my car shakes and it will not go. Sometimes the rpm goes fast to the red lines and it takes awhile for the mph to accelerate. I'm not sure if it is the transmission, radiator, sensor or computer. If any can tell me what the problem is or how I should go about this, I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!! By the way, it also always have a burning oil smell after I park. It's been like this since 7 months I had it.
