I don't know the definative answer to your question. Most information says no. I would suggest that you do a search of our data base. I did a quick look and there is a LOT of info on exactly your topic. There does seem to be some changes on later model's that may allow for some streaming. I have no idea which ones are compatible with the RX400h but most vehicle-specific products have a section on their site with application guides. You could also connect an aftermarket aux in and connect a bluetooth audio gateway. ...and there's always replacing the head unit itself.
