Voice Recognition Doesnot Work Properly

Hi, I have a lexus Rx 350 2007 year. I have used voice command last 2 years such as radio on/off, cd change and etc. Since yesterday when i press tag switch, the text appeares (twinkles) very shortly "Voice recognition is not available on this screen. Please change to telephone screen." when i hold tag switch for 2 seconds, while she says: "Please press the tag swith after the beep" it appeares very shortly (twinkles) window whith 2 buttomns CANCEL and HELP, i cant press HELP even CANCEL.

if you have any advices i do apprecieate!
