Help: Windshield Replacement W/ Heater 2008-2011 Gs 350

My broken windshield was replaced with one that has a heated wiper area. Safelite says it's the only replacement they have. The option is not available on my 2008 car. Lexus dealer will not try to get it to work. It would be great if I could get it to work. There is wire harness jack available that the windshield is plugged into, there is an available spot in the fusebox that accepts some kind of relay instead of a fuse but I'm afraid to just plug something into it. I appeal to the members of this forum to assist me. What can I do to get it going?

Update: The Lexus dealer called me today to say they are going to try and get it to work. They will do a wire trace of the existing harness, look at the parts to see if all the needed pieces are already installed and whether they can be made to work togther. Interesting!
