Throttle Body Replacement

I have to replace the throttle body on my 2003 GS300. Has anyone had any experience doing this, other than swapping the parts is there anything that needs to be done to the computer other than clearing the codes. Local mechanic checked it out the problem is the positioning motor on the TB but they can't get just the motor have to buy the whole thing.
