Cleaning Factory "gold" Wheels

93 SC400, Black w/ gold pkg,including the wheels w/ gold centers. My centers still look good, but the bolts that encircle the wheel are covered in some sort of oxidized crap. I can only see gold on a few of them. Any advice on how to remove this?? Alaso is there anywhere that sells the lug nut covers w/ the Lexus L?

Have you tried cleaning this stuff out with common cleansing products? You may have to try more aggressive cleansers

You can try P21S Metal Polish or Smartwax Blue-B-Gone.
