Navigaton Disc

I have been trying to make a generation 4 10.1/5.1 navigation disc without success.

Can anyone tell me the most current version (ie.9.1 or 8.1 or 7.1 etc) that has successfully been made into a hybrid disc that allows you to access the override menu.
