zeeshan66 Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 So I've decided to get the ball rolling as far as narrowing down my search for the right LS. This is all I can think off right now but i'll definitely update this as i learn more..Cheers and thanks for any help in advance
SW03ES Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 That car is going to be pretty hard to find. The executive seating package is a custom order option package...
zeeshan66 Posted February 5, 2011 Author Posted February 5, 2011 thanks for the tip i wasn't sure. i adjusted the list and will continue to comb through the add's i find
SW03ES Posted February 6, 2011 Posted February 6, 2011 Is your only reason for wanting the L the rear screens? You can get them on the SWB car too... The Ls are also much harder to find.
zeeshan66 Posted February 7, 2011 Author Posted February 7, 2011 its not an ONLY reason..its just implicit to state how the extra leg room helps oh and what's SWB?
SW03ES Posted February 7, 2011 Posted February 7, 2011 SWB stands for Standard Wheel Base. Have you spent any time in the backseat of the SWB car? Really I don't see the purpose of the LWB if you're not going to be driven around. The SWB car has enough room to sit in the back with your legs crossed without touching the front seats in front of you. Plenty of room, and all the LWB car does is increase that distance adding issues with garages, etc for no reason IMHO. SWB cars are much easier to find
zeeshan66 Posted February 8, 2011 Author Posted February 8, 2011 i'll agree that its not a necesity but something I dont mind having especially since the long wheel base vehicles are pretty easy to find for around the same prices. c@rs.com has almost 250 "L" models. I have yet to spend some decent time in the car itself.
