How Do I Access Hands Free Microphone In Ceiling?

I have installed a Dice systems on my 2006 RX400h but want to complete the task by running the replacement microphone up to and in to the ceiling panel that contains the current handsfree microphone. Don't know how to remove this plastic assembly from the ceiling (okay, I could simply pull on it but, hey, there may be clips I need to know about).

Has anyone done this? What is the best way to get access behind this panel?

Yeah I had it down the other day. There are 2 screws under small plastic covers in the sunglass compartment, and 2 more under the dome light cover (pry the cover off with a small flat screwdriver). Then it falls down and the connector is on the right side. At least this is how it is on my 07 with a sunroof.
