Need Rx400H "remote Starter" ?

I recently heard that Rx400h can have remote starter. When I googled it I got couple of sellers but there was no review or procedure listed; only showing an image of a cool remote control. Like this one.

I am wondering if anybody here has any experience with installing one of these?

Did you do it yourself or got it installed from dealer?

Does it affect warranty ?

Winter is close and I want to get this installed soon.

That says it's for the 2010 - I think it's a typo and should read RX450h, not RX400h.

Actually I called my local Lexus dealer and they said they have it and it will cost $350-$400 :)
