al moser Posted August 7, 2010 Posted August 7, 2010 HELLO I HAVE A LEXUS 1995 IS300 WHICH HAS DEVELOPED A ROTTEN EGG SMELL AND THE ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON . SOMEONE SAID POSSIBLE THE OXYGEN SENSORS . HOW MANY ARE THERE AND COULD I CHANGE THIS MYSELF? WHERE ARE THEY LOCATED?? THANKS AL
SW03ES Posted August 7, 2010 Posted August 7, 2010 No such thing as a 1995 IS300. Is it an ES? My guess is a bad catalytic converter...wouldn't be an O2 sensor. The bad cat could have fouled an O2 sensor I suppose...
