No Manual - How To Save Radio Stations On 2004 Ls430 W/nav?

Hello, I am new to the Lexus Forum and bought a 2004 LS430 w/Nav. yesterday. It did not come with the manuals but bought a set on eBay just today. Until they come I will have a few "how to" questions.

The fundamental question I have right now is how do I save radio station on the nav display?

How do I save phone number on the nav display as well.

Hold down the preset position and the radio station will save...

For the phone numbers I don't know...I've always just transferred my phonebook to the car...
