My heel slipped and landed in a 2-3 inch hole on the drivers side, just a few inches from the gas pedal, and was stuck...I of course retreived my heel,which was a skinny longer heel-but certainly not strong enough to pierce a hole into my floor board, but this concerns me with the quality of the vehicle!
